New Clients: Our Requirements
Our shop is a flea-free zone, so please do not bring your pet in for grooming if you think they might have fleas. If our groomers find that your pet has fleas, they will have no choice but to give them a Flea Rise at an additional cost to you. Please help us keep our shop flea-free and our other grooming guests healthy!
VACCINATIONS & HEALTH
All grooming guests we receive are required to be up to date with their vaccinations – ideally both DHLPP (Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvo) and Bordetella vaccinations. If you are a new customer, please fill out the vaccination history and verification forms on Gingr’s app at the following link https://petableexpressions.gingrapp.com/front_end/login/email before your next appointment.
All grooming guests must provide proof of their current Rabies vaccinations, as required by law.
Your pet’s age, health, or behavior could affect our ability to groom them. Because of this, we may not be able to service your pet. We can discuss this and inform before your appointment to determine whether your pet will be able to receive any of our #EXPRESSIONS service.
Puppies must be 16 weeks or older and have up to date vaccinations prior to any #EXPRESSIONS services.
HEALTH & AGE
Some grooming services can be harmful to dogs who are elderly, suffering from health issues, or under veterinary care for any condition that grooming could aggravate. For these reasons, our groomers may need to avoid certain services and may require a medical release prior to #EXPRESSIONS services.
If your dog suffers from extreme anxiety, or exhibits extreme nervousness, apprehension, or excitement, please help your pet feel more at ease by increasing their exercise at least one hour before your appointment.
For the safety of your pet and our staff, we will end any grooming service if your dog becomes too aggressive and agitated.
OUR POLICIES AND GUARANTEE
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. After every grooming service, our stylists can review the cut with you to make sure you are happy! If you are not satisfied with our grooming services when you get home, please call within 24 hours allowing us to offer a correction that will be more to your liking. Changes will only be made within 24 hours of your service. If a correction is not possible, a refund will be given on the cut portion of the groom only, not the complete grooming service.
SERVICES & PRICING
While our menu prices are a general outline for services, the actual pricing will depend on your pet’s breed, size, temperament, condition, and coat. Hours of operation and prices are subject to change.
Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Current vaccination records are required for all pets.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but here are some things to keep in mind:
Please call us to reschedule your appointment as early as possible!
If you are running late, your appointment will be held for only 15 minutes.
Please allow up to 3 hours for your dog's service. Our staff will provide a rough estimate for your pet's service at the time of drop-off, however, depending on the behavior of your pet, their appointment could possibly take longer!
Please let us know in advance should you need any special accommodations.
We require a 1-hour notice to reschedule an appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled then a cancellation fee will not be applied.
After two no-call/no-shows an additional fee will be charged for your grooming services, and a credit card will be required for future appointments. We want to give all consideration so this is not necessary for future services.
For the safety of your pet and our staff, we will not complete grooming services on an animal that is becoming agitated or belligerent. We are happy to schedule a follow-up to complete the service within the same week at no extra cost.
